California 'needs port and grid boost to hit offshore wind goals'
California must invest in a multi-port strategy and new electricity transmission system to reach its target of 25GW of floating offshore wind by 2045, according to a draft strategic plan by the California Energy Commission (CEC) and other state agencies.
