EDF to pay regulator for breaching wind farm curtailment rules
EDF Renewables is due to pay £5.53 million (€6.45 million) after UK energy regulator Ofgem found it had benefited financially from curtailing a Scottish wind farm and avoiding contract for difference (CfD) repayments during times of high wholesale power prices.
