Maryland eyes ‘clean energy leadership’ with 8.5GW offshore wind goal

Maryland Governor Wes Moore said he supports boosting the state’s offshore wind goal from about 2GW to 8.5GW by 2035 if new lease areas can be identified to host future projects.
