New Jersey rejects 25MW site, but approves offshore funding

EDF Renewable Energy's 25MW Nautilus pilot project has been rejected by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (BPU) on the grounds it failed to demonstrate the necessary benefits to the local area.
