Opinion: The Gulf of Mexico is not an insurmountable challenge if you look at it the right way

Offshore wind development in the Gulf of Mexico has received less focus than prospects on the east and west coasts of the United States, which may lead some to conclude it’s too challenging an endeavour – but I think it has all the right ingredients.
