Russian wind association calls for tender results to be scrapped over fears of Chinese OEM influx
The Russian Association of the Wind Industry (RAWI) has demanded that results of a tender for 17 wind farms in the Russian Federation should be cancelled over fears of a massive influx of Chinese turbine manufacturers.
