As a global company operating in 22 countries, Ingeteam must react to changing customer needs and offer locally manufactured components and integral O&M services to work alongside customers to support their global expansion.
 
Ingeteam’s Ainhoa Carcar, Alberto Barcia and Xabier Irure (part of Indar, an Ingeteam brand) discussed this with Windpower TV at their offices in Bilbao.
 
Ainhoa Carcar, Engineering & Industrial Property Director, said: "When our customers go to a new market they need us to locally supply the components there, so their needs and requirements are the first consideration."
 
She explained that the processes are all the same in any manufacturing plant so "we can ensure that the product is the same regardless of where we manufacture it whether it’s Spain, Brazil, India or USA."
